Established in 1980, Satterley is a leading private residential property developer with operations in Western Australia, Victoria, and Queensland. Our core business is land development and creating truly inspiring master-planned communities across Australia.
An opportunity exists for a highly motivated individual to provide project management expertise to support the delivery of residential land development projects in Western Australia. You will actively contribute to development outcomes and be involved in best practice design, project, and program management across civil infrastructure, utility services, landscape and urban design disciplines. Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the project team in creating and monitoring project plans against time, cost and quality dimensions;
- Drafting design and construction briefs, and assisting with the selection and engagement of external suppliers, contractors and consultants;
- Ensuring projects are scoped, designed, built and delivered on time, to budget and at the agreed quality standard;
- Actively managing relationships with internal and external key stakeholder groups to achieve required project outcomes; and
- Assisting with the management of all necessary development approval processes.
To be considered for this role you will require a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience working within the land development or urban planning industries. Strong stakeholder management skills, a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities are considered essential. You will have a sound understanding of residential development, a passion for community creation and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
