The Client:
Our client, a privately owned commercial agency, offer a high quality, customer focused and people driven approach to their service offerings. With a high value commercial management portfolio and some of the most successful Sales & Leasing Executives in Perth, they are now looking for a new member of their growing team.

The Role:
As an experienced Sales & Leasing professional, you will have a focus on the city fringe and SOR areas across the office, industrial and retail arenas. You will benefit from a strong existing network of owners and tenants, but also be driven towards new business and thrive when challenged. You will have hunger, drive, empathy and a true likeability which will be the key to your success.

To be successful for this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in Commercial Sales and/or Leasing
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrable experience in developing sustainable relationships
• Experience in grafting new business in a methodical approach
• Tertiary education in a finance or property related field is advantageous
