Brisbanes most proactive strata managers are looking for a new team player!
We are currently on the search for someone experienced in body corporate management. This could be a current strata manager and or an ambitious assistant looking to advance their career.

The Role
You will manage a tidy portfolio that will grow over time.
The portfolio will require you to attend meetings, supervise the preparation of all meeting documentation and minutes, setting budgets and viewing financials, processing insurance claims whilst ensuring that the legislation is followed at all times.
An ideal candidate for the role will have:
- Experience in the Body Corporate Management Industry - not necessarily a Body Corporate Manager
- Understanding of the Body Corporate legislation
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Experience in any strata management software- My Strata, BC Max, Rockend, Manage Point, Redmap etc
Salary will be negotiated based on experience level.
