The Company
Ubertas is a growing, privately owned group with operations spanning property development, hospitality and property management.
A vacancy has arisen within the property management division for a Residential Property Manager.
Immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Property Manager you will be expected to provide first class service to both landlords and tenants, with quality communication being the cornerstone of your success. You will have the guidance of other senior property managers and the Officer in Effective Control.
In this role you will work closely with the real estate team, managing an allocated apartment portfolio, with assistance from URE specialised leasing consultant and administration support.
Key Requirements
You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, good mediation skills and a full knowledge of office windows. It would also help if you are a quick learner on web-based programs.
You will be results focused, will demonstrate a willingness to take the initiative and have (as a minimum) Real Estate Agent representative certification.
Have at least 6 months to 1-year experience in the property industry. Must be fluent in both spoken and written English.
