We have three offices in Sydney – CBD, Chatswood and Eastwood.
About the role
·The entire sales process from: Listing,advertising, marketing and viewings
·Listing, negotiating and selling residential real estate
·Canvassing and generating new leads
·Preparing sales presentations and proposals
·Build & maintain relationships with customers
·Conduct open for inspections & private inspections
Skills and experience
·Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
·Preferably 1-year work experience in real estate sales
·Strong communication skills
·Self-motivated, results-driven and passion to succeed
·Current driver licence and vehicle
·Ability to work independently and in a team environment
·Passionate about Real Estate
·Language - English and preferably (not essential) Cantonese or Mandarin
