About the Role:
Working as the Senior Property Manager you will be required to manage a small portfolio of 220 high end properties in the Eastern Suburbs. In return you will receive the support of a Leasing Consultant and Property Management Administrator.

There are no weekends in this position. You will only be asked to work Monday - Friday and will receive onsite parking.  This position is only available due to company expansion.

Your key responsibilities as a Senior Property Manager include:
• Managing a portfolio of 250 properties using REST 
• Overseeing the leasing consultant
• Liaising with landlords & tenants
 
Skills and experience required for the role:
• A minimum of 3 years experience as a Property Manager
• Come with glowing work references
• Stable work history
• Knowledge of the REST program
