We currently have an exciting opportunity for a facilities administrator in our management team.

As the Facilities Administrator, you will assist the Facility Managers / Operations Manager in the delivery of optimal facilities management for a portfolio consisting of A Grade office assets in the Melbourne CBD area, managed by our client AMP Capital Office & Industrial.

AMP Capital Office & Industrial is a specialized team focused on delivering investment performance in the management of a high quality and diverse portfolio of office and industrial assets.

Your success will hinge on your ability to engage and provide superior customer service to all stakeholders with a sustainable approach to the daily support & administration to the running of the office & industrial buildings.

 

As the Facilities Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Good general knowledge and experience in building services
  • Experience in commercial & industrial administrative duties, co-ordination of site inspections and meetings
  • Good communications skills and the ability to liaise with contractors, tenants, clients and team members and management
  • Commitment to meeting customers' expectations via performance, service, manner, presentation and communications
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstration of good time management and organisation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Monitoring and administering property databases
  • Providing assistance with the preparation of building, budgets and monthly reports

    As the successful applicant, you will have a strong experience in facilities management along with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. You will possess professional interpersonal and customer service skills along with good reporting and MS office skills.
