We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and innovative Retirement Village Manager to lead one of our flagship retirement villages situated in our Sunshine Coast based office in Caloundra into a new phase of expanded and refined service delivery.
The successful applicant will have experience in developing new and innovative programmes and service delivery to enhance the lifestyle of residents in a resort style environment. You will need to demonstrate a proven ability in financial and building management and possess the business acumen to manage costs within budgetary constraints. An ability to work within a larger organisational team in a not-for-profit environment is essential.
