About the role
The Property Manager is a valuable team member who has a clear understanding of all current Tenants, Landlords and Contractors. They are required to operate and maintain the property management systems, ensuring that procedures are followed. Complete property condition reports, routine inspections and vacate inspections to a high standard. Manage all leases for new, current and vacating tenants. Manage rental arrears and legislative notices as required. Superior communication and note taking is expected with all of our clients.

Skills and experience
A licensed Property Manager with no less than 12 months experience. They will be a motivated agent who has exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
The agent will have good computer skills with experience in using a range of devices and relevant property management systems.
A class C drivers license is essential.
