We are looking for someone to hit the ground running in our fun and fast-paced team on a 10-month paternity leave contract with potential to extend.
You will have the ability to organise your time and effectively manage internal and external stakeholders within a diverse work environment.
About the Role
Based on site with one of our key clients and reporting to the Shared Services Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
•Working with the Shared Services Manager to foster and maintain an effective and engaged team
•Problem solving queries with the team and providing support and guidance
•Process improvement and documentation
•Reporting and data analysis
•Manage a register of key team tasks from inception to conclusion working with stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed and information is up-to-date
•Facilitate Corporate Services invoice process
•Support Shared Services Manager and other team functions where required
About You
•Ability to lead and engage a team

•Creative problem-solving skills
•Superior administrative and organisational skills
•High levels of attention to detail
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide training and coaching
•Advanced Outlook and Intermediate Excel and Word skills
•Minimum 3 - 4 years' demonstrated administrative experience
