We are looking for an enthusiastic, well organised and professional residential Property Manager for maternity cover. This position will be for 10 months starting in August at our Cooks Hill office.
The role will see you managing a tidy portfolio, liaising with landlords, tenants, tradespeople and prospective tenants.
In this role you will enjoy working with advanced technology and dedicated administration and accounts support to assist you in the day to day running of your portfolio.
The selection criteria includes:
- Previous experience in Property Management
- REST experience
- Demonstrated customer service excellence
- Superb communication and organisation skills
- Certificate of Registration in Real Estate
- Driver licence
