Our client is one of the leading client side development management consultancies in Melbourne, with an active pipeline of built form projects on the east coast, including residential, commercial, retail, hotels and student accommodation. 

They have a high calibre team managing a diverse range of quality projects in a great working environment.

They have secured a number of new projects and are looking for additional resources to support this growth.

The Roles

Assistant Project Manager & Project Manager
  
You will work under the Senior Project Managers and Directors on projects from initial acquisitions stages, through the life-cycle of development to construction completion. This consultancy manages the planning, sales and marketing for its clients, truly offering opportunities to build a development management skillset.
  
Your role would encompass all facets of project management including:

• Managing external consultants - planning, sales, design etc
• Head contract management/project management
• Feasibility studies
• Design management
• Client relationship management 

The Individual

Our client is looking for people who are ambitious with strong interpersonal skills and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment. You may work on multiple projects with different internal senior staff so it is important that you can prioritise your time accordingly.

To be considered for this role you will have:

• 3-6 years construction industry experience, with either head contractor or client side.
• A degree in property, architecture, construction or a related discipline.
• The desire to be the best at what you do.
• A high level of self motivation, initiative and drive.

Salary is negotiable and will reflect experience level.
