We are seeking an experienced property manager that will fit into the culture of our business and has at least 2+ years experience in a similar role.

Day to Day This Role Will Include
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Repairs and Maintenance management
- Ingoing/outgoing routine inspections
- Routine property inspections
- Bond lodgement and tenancy tribunals
- Strata Manager Liaison
- Arrears, termination notices and rent reviews
Profile
To be considered for this position, the following skills are required:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Hold a Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate licence
- Current Drivers licence and a Reliable car
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to maintain an excellent customer focus
