What this job involves
You’ll be joining our successful Glen Waverly based Property Management team looking after a portfolio that includes a range of commercial assets in the CBD and suburban area. Your key focus will be to optimise the performance of the properties under management including maximising the rental income, controlling expenditure and completing negotiations.
You’ll work with multiple owners and focus on adding value to our clients whilst enabling you to further develop your already proven Property Management career. You’ll be responsible for preparing detailed asset plans, budgets and financial reports. Identifying opportunities to add value to the portfolio, as well as managing costs associated with these assets, will be a critical part of the role, as well as implementation of the client’s risk management strategy.
Please note that this is a part time position working 3 days a week.

You will be an existing Commercial Property Manager and looking to take the next step. You are looking to expand your capabilities by working across a portfolio of commercial properties. The ability to communicate with people at all levels will be crucial as well as good business and financial acumen
Both written and spoken communication skills are vital and we’ll expect you also to have great time management & organizational skills. You thrive in a fast paced work environment. You’ll be used to working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint and an Agents Representative certificate is essential. You will also need your own car and drivers licence.
