• Build and maintain relationships with prospects, existing customers.
• Develop leads and sales opportunities
• Assist sales team with maintaining and creating workflows and contact sheets to ensure information is accurate and up to date
• Assist sales team with presentations, calendars, gifts and promotional items as needed
• Transcribe, maintain, and distribute notes from group calls and client discussions
• Capability to Work both Independently and as part of a Team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Current registration of real estate certificate is required.
• Current driver license
• Able to work on weekends.
