Your new company
Our client is a specialist facilities and project management company who have a number of large public and private contracts across Melbourne. Bringing on a new maintenance contract this means they require support within their service team and helping to schedule and coordinate the maintenance using specialist maintenance codes. Working within a medium sized team environment this well established firm provides services across commercial, retail and industrial sites.
Your new role
With a high volume of jobs/work orders coming into the business daily they require an additional staff member to join the service team to maintain the high level of service they provide to their clients.
This is a demanding fast paced role where you are responsible for receiving client calls and requests, logging the relevant information and dispatching contractors to fix the issues as quickly as possible while still maintaining strict attention to detail.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful within this role you must possess exceptional communication skills and enjoy working in a customer service environment. A background working in a services coordinator role within the maintenance or electrical or fire protection field is preferred along with strong computer skills. A great attitude and reliable work ethic is also required.
