You will manage all the Real Estate/ Retail Portfolio under the guidance of the Property Manager and Finance Manager.

  • Minimise and effectively reduce rental debt owed to us by working with real estate agents and tenants.
  • Report aged debtors on a monthly basis to the Property Manager and Finance Manager.
  • Build effective relationship with Real Estate Agents, Tenants, and Centre Management
  • Report monthly performance against budget to Property Manager and Finance Manager.
  • Assist on yearly budgets, and track actual results.
  • Assist on financial requirements related to Real Estate Portfolio. (E.g. BAS and Tax Returns)
  • Research on project quotes, and propose to Property Manager cost effective strategies.
  • Manage contractors and track project cost is aligned with quotes, with minimal variances.
  • Maintain rent schedule for Real Estate and Retail Portfolio.
  • Accurately record condition of properties being leased.
  • Undertake property inspections and arrange maintenance for Real Estate and Retail Portfolio.
  • Ensure properties are well maintained by tenants, including quarterly inspections.
  • Maintaining all filing and ensuring all documentation is filled in an organised manner.
  • Finding and driving cost reduction initiatives.
  • Advise on problem and suggest improvements.

B. General 

Provide support to Managing Director, Project Manager, Finance Manager and colleagues concerning all of the above matters.

Ensure tasks are met with deadlines (timely and efficiently). Prioritise all tasks.

Preferred Skills:

  • Self-motivated and the ability to be pro-active. (highly regarded)
  • Expertise in areas of client relationship management
  • Sound administration skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficient computer skills and email communications
  • Work well under pressure
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Intermediate excel skills would be advantageous
