The Position

You will be responsible for:

• Door knocking, calling and prospecting the local area
• Generating and booking appraisals
• Maintaining the database and staying in regular contact
• Arranging and attending open homes, auctions and private appointments
• Negotiating offers with buyers
• Exposure to the full sales process

You:

• 6 months or more experience in real estate
• Currently a Lead Generator, Sales Agent, Assistant, Associate, Prospector or BDM and determined to build a career
• Hungry, driven, motivated and committed to succeed 
• Certificate of Registration or RE Licence
• Full Driver's licence and car
• World class communication skills, excellent command of English and a tidy presentation
• Strong work ethic
