Job description
We are a well-established boutique agency in the Inner West.
We are looking to employ a Property Management Senior who has the passion and desire to excel in this role.
This role is suitable for an experienced Senior Property Manager looking to make this role their own.
We are looking for a polished & professional individual who possesses the following skills & experience:
- Current certificate of registration or licence
- Current drivers licence and own car
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous Real Estate experience is essential (ideally 10+years)
- Experience using REST, FileSmart, Inspect Real Estate, Outlook, Word, Excel
With a boutique portfolio of properties to maintain, your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Maintaining rental schedules
- Dealing with tenancies and communication
- Managing repairs and maintenance
- Arrears management
- Business development
- Managing lease renewals and rent reviews
- Managing & maintaining inspection schedules
- Mentoring a property officer and leasing team
You will have a direct assistant working with you as a property officer.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the real estate industry, and be happy working in a close knit team.
