Command, a boutique international recruitment agency are looking to expand there successful Property and Real Estate Team in their Melbourne branch.  
You will manage the full 360 degree recruitment process from candidate sourcing to business development.
With a strong commission structure, you have the chance to earn great money and develop your recruitment career.

What you will be doing

• Source skilled candidates for a variety of roles within the Property industry
• Write and post effective job ads to attract new talent 
• Screen resumes and conduct telephone interviews
• Conduct thorough reference checks
• Source new clients
• Develop and maintain good relationships with clients and candidates
• Negotiate salaries and terms

Who you are

Do you have Sales experience or come from a Property/Leasing background?
Experience working towards weekly targets and KPI's?
Do you have abit about you and are able to form relationships easily?
