• Manage a 100 residential properties all located within 20 kms of the office BDM - currently growing the rent role
• No Trust Accounting - however would be advantageous
• No Business Development 
• Great systems in place to help you manage your portfolio

What our Client is Looking For

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have obtained the following:

• 2 - 3 experience in a similar Property Management Role
• Exposure to Trust Accounting - Advantageous
• Previous experience to REST 
• Property Manager's Registration
• Valid Driver's License 
• The ability to present in a highly corporate manner, at all times

You will also ideally be naturally driven, motivated and have a fantastic work ethic. This Agency is seeking an individual who is fast-paced, is organised, and has impeccable customer service levels.
