Our client is a high end Tier 1 Agency, offering a rare opportunity to join there high performing team. This is a long term position for the right person! This tier 1 agency has multiple offices within their network, giving massive growth and performance options for the right person! They are looking for a BDM to capitalise on the leads provided!
Your New Role
As the new Business Development Manager you will have the acumen to align both the property management and sales sector's into leads-appraisals-new business. You will be a highly organised and diverse individual with your sights set on nothing but success!! You will have all the tools and support to scope your career to its full capacity.
Your responsibilities will include
Responding to new management enquiries promptly, listing presentations & rental appraisals, comply with company checklist policy & procedure, conduct handovers to property managers, prospecting plans/reporting. Working closely alongside with the sales and property management team. Maintain and develop client relationships, offer professional advice to clients.
A bit about you
You MUST have real estate experience. Being able to build and manage relationships whilst attaining new business. Previous sales experience within the industry is highly favourable. Know. Having a genuine interest and passion in growing a business!
