Our client is based in the south eastern suburbs and holds a successful and supportive team of individuals. Offering ongoing training and they have a great mix of personalities and cultures in the office.
This role is pivotal to the smooth running of the sales department from an administrative perspective.
Duties:
- All sales administrative (admin focussed)
- Taking enquiries and addressing where possible
- Advertising and marketing
- Booking photographers & organising copy writers
- Dealing with solicitors
- Preparing vendor reports
- Liaising with buyers and vendors
Specific requirements:
- Minimum of 6 - 12 months experience in Real Estate
- Must have Certificate Of Registration
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Strong administrative skills
