About the Business

Ray White Derby was purchased by Ray White Broome in January 2017, since then the business has grown and has produced amazing results thanks to our amazing team. We are seeking a licensed senior property manager to continue their great work and lead the office in Derby along with the support of our Broome branch.

 

About the Role

You will inherit the portfolio of around 170 properties which is currently being managed by an experienced Property Manager. You will be supported by a full time Receptionist, a full time Administrative Assistant and a part time Virtual Assistant. You will be responsible for liaising with all clients, monitoring arrears, leasing, performing in-going, routine and final inspections and ensuring maintenance is dealt with in a timely manner.

The role would suit someone experienced in Property Management who is looking for the next step in their career. This role comes with plenty of opportunity to manage the office, oversee staff recruitment and training, and for the right candidate become a licensee.

Skills and Experience

The successful applicant must be experienced in Property Management, and have all the skills required to do the job well, most importantly:

* Extremely well organised.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Great understanding of client and customer service.

* A positive attitude .

Previous trust account experience is desirable.
