This company is one of Melbourne’s premier agencies operating for over 40 years in the inner north-eastern & inner northern suburbs of Melbourne. With a strong team that is now growing, they are offering the opportunity for an experienced residential Property Manager to join their award winning team!

  
The Role:
Monday – Friday plus Only 1 in 5 Saturdays, managing a high end, well-maintained portfolio with plenty of support and training to structure your career to the best. With a leasing support on your portfolio, your duties will include but not limited to:

• Managing a tidy portfolio of 170 properties local to city of Banyule
• Communicating effectively with landlords
• Ensure Repairs & Maintenance are completed
• Manage and Conduct routine inspections
• Handling Rent Reviews
• Assisting with new business to which commissions will be paid of 40% of the letting fee

  
The Candidate:

• Previous Property Management experience
• Experience with RP Office Ideal but Not Essential
• A current certificate of Registration & driver's license
• High level of professionalism
• Commitment to superior customer service
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
