As a result of our continued success & expansion, we are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
* Understanding and assess clients needs and providing solutions
* Managing high volume display visitors, following up leads and achieving high sales targets
* Provide clients with a first class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
* Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners, such as land developers
The successful applicant must have the following attributes:
* Highly experienced sales professional with at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in the volume residential building industry
* Exceptional industry networking and customer service skills
* Professional with a innovative approach in creating sales opportunities
* A "can do attitude" with hunger to succeed and able to work autonomously
* Professional approach and a positive attitude
* Highly organised with excellent time magement
* Intermediate to advance computer skills
* Strong people and communication skills
