The Company
This orgainsation is constantly looking for growth and are now taking on a Licensed Strata Manager to be in charge of the strata team. Work closely with the Strata Managers and the 3 Strata Assistants with the portfolio which holds extremely large buildings and are all in close proximity to the office.
The Role
Reporting straight to the General Manager, and being the go to person for the team on day to day strata questions, you will be responsible for:
- Manage a portfolio of 40 schemes
- Handle enquiries and corresponding with Owners, Executive Committee Members, Property Managers and Tenants
- Arranging quotations and work orders
- Monitor residents adherence to by-laws
- Compiling budgets
- Meetings when required
- Oversee and direct an Assistant
The successful applicant:
- A Strata License up to date
- Ideally 3-5 years' strata management experience or more
- Stable work history with long term roles
- Have the ability to network and bring on new business
- Outstanding attention to detail and good organization skills
