Our client is an award winning agency located in stunning modern offices in the heart of the Inner West. They have over 30 years experience in both residential and commercial sales and management with 20 full-time staff. They've won the NSW/ACT Top Property Management Award within their network for 10 years in a row for their team. Their team is outstanding, and they value each and every one of them.
They require an experienced Property Manager to cover annual leave for up to 6 weeks from the beginning of August, on a temporary basis. Your role will be managing an extremely well looked after portfolio of under 200 properties, and you will be provided with full administration, accounts and leasing support. The role is Monday to Friday.
You will be working out of a stunning modern office as well as being surrounded by a team of fun, dedicated, and talented individuals who love what they do.
The ideal person for this role will need to have a background as a property manager so they can get stuck in from day one. Strong time management and reliability are must haves for this role as is a current COR, car and drivers license.
