The Company
Our client is a rapidly growing business, specialising in the management of commercial, industrial and retail properties who have a core focus on client relationships and well managed assets. To support their increasing portfolio, they require a dedicated professional who is looking ot pursue their career in Property Management. You will be mentored by a dynamic industry leading Director in their modern inner city office.
The Role
The ongoing success of our client’s business has lead to the development of a newly created role manage a commercial and industrial portfolio of approximately 25 assets + 2 CBD commercial buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of the portfolio
- Prepare budgets and financial reporting
- Negotiate new lease terms with existing tenants
- Develop relationships with tenants and landlords, providing a high level of customer service
You will be provided with support and training to further your career in a leadership capacity with the option of long term taking on the following responsibilities:
- Manage the existing property management department
- Assist with the growth of the property management team
- Provide operational advice and management for the Director, offering strategies for structure, improvements and system implementation
Requirements:
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Commercial/industrial property management or administration is essential
- Outstanding relationship management skills
- Excellent communicator
- Reliable car to properties when required
