The Company
Our Client has an Agency located in the Brisbane Inner City, where they pride themselves on service and success. They have a team of highly respected and experienced Sales Agents and Property Managers who excel in what they do by providing their clients and landlords with superior service.
The Role
This is a very exciting opportunity that exists for a Property Manager with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role to join their growing agency.
Your duties will consist of but is not limited to:
- Managing rental arear
- Lease renewals
- Routine Inspections
- Entry & Exit Reports
- End to end trust accounting
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in trust accounting with console and can work autonomously as a Property Manager.
- Current and valid Real Estate Certificate and Registration
- Current Queensland Drivers licence and own reliable transport
- A minimum of two years' experience in a Property Management role
- The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of end to end trust accounting
