We are on the search for an experienced and customer focused property management professional to become a key part of our team. Must have a passion for property management to help achieve our team goal of becoming the #1 agency in our market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing properties, landlord and tenant communication
- Rent arrears, leasing, lease renewals, repairs and maintenance, VCAT preparation and attendance, conducting ingoing, routine and final inspections
- Develop strong relationships with clients to maximise retention and growth of the rent roll
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management
- Agents Representative and current and valid Police Check
- Australian Drivers Licence and own motor vehicle
