The Role
 
As the Business Development Manager, you will be required to grow the rent roll and source new business, meet and, where possible exceed standards as defined for the Residential Property Leasing and Management division. 

• Prospect for new property listings 
• List and lease new business listings  
• Reach all targets and budgets set by management  
• Maintain a database of prospective landlords and prospective property listings 

Strong negotiation skills, an organised manner and a sense of urgency will ensure your success in this position. Experience within real estate is essential and a great base and commissions will be offered to the successful candidate.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
• Have proven negotiation skills and experience in a similar role or have transferable skills
• Current Certificate of Registration or RE Licence is essential
• Be a hungry, driven & immaculately presented candidate  
• Promote a strong customer care attitude
• Have a reputation for being reliable, trustworthy, a team player and focused
• Reliable vehicle and drivers licence
