A Federal Government Organisation located in the Sydney CBD is seeking a Property Officer to join their property team. This Organisation is supportive and progressive with a large portfolio of properties.
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- Lease administration
- Will be filling Property documentation in RMS.
- Communicate with tenants in council buildings
- Help with Leasing agreement
- Writing reports
What you'll need to succeed
- You must have strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement skills
- You must have a customer-service focus and be willing to go above and beyond in order to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
- You will manage contracts and provide general property advice and will need to do so enthusiastically and as a team player
- Past employment within Local or State Government is highly advantageous
- You will need strong administration skills
- Have experience using RMS, HP records manager or TRIM
