Property Admin Officer

Your new company

A Federal Government Organisation located in the Sydney CBD is seeking a Property Officer to join their property team. This Organisation is supportive and progressive with a large portfolio of properties.

Your new role

You will be responsible for:

• Lease administration
• Will be filling Property documentation in RMS.
• Communicate with tenants in council buildings
• Help with Leasing agreement
• Writing reports

What you'll need to succeed

• You must have strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement skills
• You must have a customer-service focus and be willing to go above and beyond in order to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
• You will manage contracts and provide general property advice and will need to do so enthusiastically and as a team player
• Past employment within Local or State Government is highly advantageous
• You will need strong administration skills
• Have experience using RMS, HP records manager or TRIM
