PROPERTY MANAGER - EASTERN SUBS - $80-90K + super + comms

Our client runs a dynamic operation and have ambitious plans for growth.  They have a solid experienced team in place and need you to help them be ready for this new exciting chapter, they offer lots of support and lots of scope for autonomy too!
 
Key Responsibilities Include:

• Extensive liaison with landlords & tenants, key component of this role
• Efficient resolution of maintenance issues and liaising with tradespeople and other suppliers accordingly.
• Conducting regular inspections and meeting with all necessary compliance requirements.
• Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and best workplace practice
• Maintaining a high level of customer service and promoting awareness of the business by leveraging existing clients & contacts.

• Current driver’s licence and well-presented vehicle
