Role Responsibilities 
*You will be responsible for all projects that you work on.
*Must have great eye for detail and delivering exceptional projects in a timely manner.
*Maintain all relationships with large stakeholders.
*Delivering an accurate tender process.
*Will need to uphold a current Drivers license as there will be travel involved.

Role requirements
*Related qualifications in Property, Project management, Construction or Development 
*Must have experience as an Assistant Development Manager preferably 1 -3 years.
*Individual who want to really grow with the company and see it as a long term career.

*Developing and Designs
*Developing planning approvals
*Site Management and Management of the Team.
*Developing and issuing project reports and updates
*Assisting Development Team with the DA's lodgement
