Our client is a successful Commercial Real Estate Agency in Melbourne's CBD who have a thriving business in Victoria and also overseas.
 
Reporting to the Head of the Asset Management, you are required to manage the trust accounts for the Owners Corporation Department and Residential Management Department to ensure that payments are made correctly and on time whilst allocating these payments to the correct accounts.  Some of your duties will be:  

• Manage monthly payments across both owners corporation and residential properties
• Daily receipting and reconciling for clients
• Liaising with Owners Corporation Managers and Residential Asset Managers to ensure that payments are correctly allocated to each lot or tenant and to manage any payments that are not in line with outstanding charges
• Following up on missing remittances on a daily basis
• Review and report on month end bank reconciliation reports
• Maintain excellent working relationships with Owners Corporation Managers, Asset Managers, the accounting team, sales staff and the wider CRS Property business
• Ensure compliance with accounting practices and policies

To be considered for this role, you will have worked as a Trust Accountant before, within a Property Company.  Experience with RP Office is also advantageous.
