The Client
Our client is a large scale Australian owned Development Company who are well known for their residential, commercial and retail developments throughout Australia. They have seen significant growth within all aspects of their business and have a steady pipeline of new developments coming live in the next few years.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Retail Leasing Executive with a minimum of 2+ years leasing experience within the retail property industry. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Source NEW tenants for their projects
• Reviewing lease deals
• Working closely with your senior manager to deliver leasing strategy plans to ensure the best business outcomes
• Maintaining correct  tenant mix

The Ideal Candidate
This role will see you responsible for a portfolio of retail property assets in Sydney. The role requires a strong performer with previous experience in casual mall leasing, commercial leasing, executive leasing or of course a related retail leasing background. The ideal candidate will be a presentable and articulate.
