About the Job
We are currently seeking an experienced Facility Manager for a contract in the telecommunications sector. Based in our client’s national headquarters in North Sydney you will maintain responsibility for all aspects of facilities management across the sites. In this role you will hold accountability for financial and operational performance as well as WHS and customer management.
About you
Possessing a background in facilites management, preferably overseeing multiple sites, you will be a soft services specialist and comfortable in a corporate enviornment. You will possess high level interpersonal skills and will be able to engage with people of all levels managing client, employee and subcontractor relationships. Financial acumen is a requirement along with the ability to ensure contract performance targets are met. Experience using Maximo or a similar CMMS will he highly regarded.
