Seeking awesome Sales PA/ Buyer Manager!
This is a Full Time role although outstanding Part Time candidates will be considered - MUST be available Saturdays.
About us and the role:
Baston & Co. Property is an award winning, boutique residential estate agency with a small team who pride themselves on their integrity, reputation, exceptional market knowledge and outstanding results.
We specialise in residential sales within the Town of Victoria Park and surrounding areas.
Due to an exciting period of growth, an opportunity exists for a dynamic and motivated team player to directly assist an exceptional Sales Representative to deliver outstanding customer experiences and results.
You will be required to utilise your amazing organisational and management skills daily as well as your passion to help people.
Job tasks and responsibilities:
Buyer Management including buyer appointments, follow-up calls, document preparation, contractor appointments
Home Opens on weekends (mainly Saturdays)
Appraisal/Listing/Sales/Settlement Preparation
Property and Sales Marketing
Calendar Management/booking appointments
Daily prospecting phone calls
Database management and monthly e-newsletter research, development & implementation
Administrative tasks
To be considered for this position, you must have the following:
Current Real Estate Registration for Sales Representatives
Previous Sales Rep/Sales PA experience
(6-12 months minimum)
Valid Driver's License and presentable vehicle
Self-motivated, results-driven and incredible work ethic
Solutions-orientated attitude with the ability to own tasks and outcomes
Commitment to excelling and delivering client service and satisfaction
Professionalism and high ethical standards
Ability to work within a team and take instructions as well as direction
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate and proficient computer skills (including but not limited to Word, Excel and CRM experience)
Social media knowledge and know how
Excellent personal presentation
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Ability to handle a large workload at the one time and ask for help if needed
Positive, Can-Do attitude with a strong desire to succeed
Forward thinker with strong problem solving skills.
