About the Centres


Nepean Village is a single-level fully-enclosed sub regional shopping centre located 50kms west of the Sydney CBD in Penrith, a large, established suburb at the foothills of the Blue Mountains. The centre is anchored by Coles and a Kmart that is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. With more than 49 specialty stores and 800 car parking spaces, the centre offers local residents a variety of choice in fresh food and services.


Lennox Village is a single-level neighbourhood shopping centre situated in the suburb of Emu Plains, Penrith, approximately 55km from the Sydney CBD. The well-established centre is anchored by Woolworths, Aldi and Dan Murphy's with an additional 30 specialty retailers. With more than 400 car parking spaces, Lennox Village’s focus is to provide local residents with a convenient, everyday fresh food shopping experience.

What will you bring?


You will be an experienced Operations or Facilities manager with a strong understanding of building operations, legislative requirements, WH&S and project management. You will have strong budgeting, reporting and forecasting capabilities coupled with a proven track record in contractor management. You will be known for your tenacious approach to achieving positive outcomes and your ability to resolve complex issues effectively.

You will have demonstrated experience in Health and Safety management across a range of projects and have an exceptional ability to take initiative and proactively manage changes that impact the centre(s). Your knowledge of retail leases & retailer management together with centre operations (tenancy delivery, facilities management, safety and security) will be enable you to drive success. A strong people leader you will be skilled at coaching and mentoring to build capability of your people. A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.
