This is an agency that has excellent systems and procedures in place that assist this Property Management Department in running like absolute clock work. You will manage a growing portfolio currently around 110 properties. As this portfolio continues to grow, this role will develop in a Senior Portfolio PM with an Assistant. There is a company cars for use during the day.
Hours are Monday - Friday only 8:30am - 5pm
The Principal / Director has an extremely supportive and positive approach to all the team member within the agency and they do have a solid reputation with team stability. Defiantly a culture & team that you will enjoy working with everyday.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A min of 1 year experience in Property Management with a current Qld certificate of real estate registration.
- Must be organised with excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude".
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Your personality must be enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated and have high ethical values.
- Ideally have experience with Rest or Console and ADL.
- MOST IMPORTANTLY - You enjoy a positive, fun and vibrant work place.
