Job description:
The role is varied and will see you doing a bit of everything including Administration, Marketing & Database Management.  You will be responsible for; 
  • Maintain and manage office website, social media accounts and internet listings
  • Assist with marketing of property listings
  • Prepare agendas and other documentation for regular team meetings
  • Input and withdraw new and expired property listings
  • Provide assistance at auctions
  • General account processing
  • Prepare and issuing of invoices using MYOB
  • Provide reception relief
  • Much, much more!

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • A team player attitude – willing to help others and be helped
  • Willingness to learn and use initiative
  • Creative and innovative ideas in relation to marketing and the use of social media
  • The ability to multi task and remain organised
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working in a corporate office environment
Desirable:
  • Qualifications in Marketing/PR would be highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of Adobe Indesign and MYOB highly desirable!
  • Previous experience within a Real Estate company
