The role is varied and will see you doing a bit of everything including Administration, Marketing & Database Management. You will be responsible for;
- Maintain and manage office website, social media accounts and internet listings
- Assist with marketing of property listings
- Prepare agendas and other documentation for regular team meetings
- Input and withdraw new and expired property listings
- Provide assistance at auctions
- General account processing
- Prepare and issuing of invoices using MYOB
- Provide reception relief
- Much, much more!
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A passion/strong interest in marketing and events
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- An ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- A team player attitude – willing to help others and be helped
- Willingness to learn and use initiative
- Creative and innovative ideas in relation to marketing and the use of social media
- The ability to multi task and remain organised
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in a corporate office environment
- Qualifications in Marketing/PR would be highly advantageous
- Knowledge of Adobe Indesign and MYOB highly desirable!
- Previous experience within a Real Estate company
- Develop and grow within the role
