About the role

Key Responsibilities:                                                    

  • Managing and maintaining residential properties across Melbourne.
  • Plan, develop and implement an integrated and effective leasing strategy.
  • Provide high-level property operations services, maintenance of physical properties and outstanding customer service delivery to our diverse owners.
  • Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
  • Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a deal and growing company's market share.
  • Maintains accurate records of all lease documents and prospecting activities including prospecting calls, presentations and follow-up activities.
  • Providing expert knowledge and makes recommendations to prospects and clients enquiries/ issues.
  • Attend meetings & professional development activities.
  • Working within a highly skilled group of property professionals and the ability to foster teamwork is essential

Skills and experience

  • A minimum of 1year experience as a residential property manager
  • Superior management skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, including senior executive management, client agencies, consultants and other relevant parties.
  • Agents Representative Certificate.
  • Drivers license and own vehicle.
