This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Workplace Relations lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level. Joining a high profile Corporate/Commercial law firm, you will assist in building the employment practice.

Working closely alongside the Head of Workplace Relations, you will have exposure to a range of complex matters across some or all of the following areas:

  • Workplace investigations, equal opportunity and workplace rights
  • Recruitment issues, performance and conduct issues, and terminations
  • OH&S matters, and
  • Litigation and dispute resolution

This position would suit an experienced Associate/Senior Associate level lawyer from a top or mid-tier firm with a well-established network.

We are interested in speaking to lawyers with 2-5+ years' PAE, with the ability to help build a practice from the firm's existing client base.
