• Well established and well regarded with a range of clients ie high net worth, local and overseas investors, "mums and dads" and developers.
• Boutique and mid sized practices, top tier firms and conveyancing companies.

THE ROLES

• Autonomous roles handling residential and commercial transactions.
• Sale and purchase files.
• Off the plan.
• Subdivisions.
• Body corporate.
• Purchases through Super Funds and Trusts.

YOU

• Experience in similar roles and comfortable liaising with high net worth individuals, "mums and dads", local and overseas investors and developers.
• Familiar with all aspects of residential and commercial transactions from the point of initial instruction through to settlement.
• Able to work autonomously.
• Knowledge of legal software i.e. Leap,  Conveyancing Manager, Matter Centre, Smoke Ball, PEXA, SAI Global, Info Track etc.
• Strong communication skills are also a prerequisite as these roles will see a high level of client and stakeholder interaction.
