Combining their genuine global reach with some of the most sophisticated resource management systems, gives best opportunity for their Lawyers / Associates to secure overseas secondment opportunities.

That doesn’t mean however that you’re going to have to ‘escape’ Perth to access the best disputes. Here, you’ll plug into tier one local, domestic and global disputes. Included will be the Superior Court litigation you’d expect, plus various ADR, arbitration, regulator actions (ASIC, APRA), Class Actions and insolvency proceedings.

Spanning two Partners, you’ll have access to two mentors and approaches. Both are at the top of their respective games. Clients include major E&R and C&E blue-chips, plus a large range of financial services and insolvency practitioners. Despite the ‘household name’ nature of the client base, you can still expect a solid amount of direct client activity, and the autonomy to run your own once trust is established.

You’ll bring 2-5 yrs’ PAE in a repute disputes team (ideally 3+). Strong academics expected, Hons ideally.

For the most part reviews are just around the corner or already underway. Whether you are expecting something strong, have heard rumours they'll be soft this year, have been disappointed by the initial chat or are completely in the dark, now is a good time to compare, on a confidential basis, how your situation stacks up to the market and to use the ambiguity of this time as a negotiation tool.
