Our client is a pre-eminent global firm seeking an experienced real estate lawyer to work in their team. The firm prides itself on an impressive client base and is seeking a lawyer who can provide high quality advice concerning commercial sales, acquisitions and leasing.
You will provide advice nationally and abroad to real estate fund managers, public and private sector clients, and developers. Importantly, you should be prepared to work alongside other practice groups and with the firm’s global offices. This practice group is well regarded for its teamwork, and candidates will be expected to embrace the collaborative culture.
You should have experience providing first class service to clients. Crucially, strong academics and exemplary technical skills gained at a similarly reputable firm are needed. You should feel confident taking initiative and being responsible for running transactions without significant partner involvement.
