ABOUT US
We are a boutique law firm in the Brisbane CBD who specialises in Personal injury law. Our office is relatively small with less than 10 incredible members in our team.
THE JOB
We are looking for a receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis (Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm).
Supporting various team members within our firm, your duties will include but not be limited to:-
- Collecting, sorting and distributing mail each morning;
- Filing documents and correspondence;
- Answering all incoming calls and assisting with all client enquiries;
- Screening Solicitor’s telephone calls;
- Photocopying, stationary stock-take, maintaining stock for internal forms;
- File management – including daily bring ups; Digital dictation; Court filing; Banking;
- General tidying of kitchen area including cleaning the coffee machine and emptying bins when required;
- Various errands for the Principal of the firm;
THE CANDIDATE
It is essential that our ideal candidate possess excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner. In addition, we are looking for someone with strong time management skills, someone who takes initiative and has great attention to detail.
We do require you to have office experience; however this does not need to be in a legal environment. We do encourage university students to apply, however only if they are able to commit to a full-time position with full-time hours.
