This is a terrific opportunity with a mid sized professional firm with a strong reputation in the Canberra market. Due to growth and strategic planning we are seeking an experienced conveyancing paralegal to join a small but fun loving team that forms part of a larger legal enterprise.

In the role you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the practice manager and/or Solicitor on settlement matters
- Managing file through to settlement
- Liaising with clients, lenders, real estate agents and brokers
- Calculating and checking settlement figures
- Preparing documentation for discharge
- Updating and maintaining the internal database
- Providing an excellent level of customer service
To be successful you must be meticulous with an excellent attention to detail; strong customer service skills with excellent communication skills. You must have an understanding of the mortgage process, therefore previous experience within conveyancing and/or the mortgage industry is essential.
You will be set targets on your work quality and building relationships through repeat business and networking is key. You will be supported with regular coaching sessions and have access to a wide range of social activities including bootcamp; yoga; monthly drinks; family days and receive bonus leave over Christmas.
