Based in Perth, this first class 3 Partner Corporate Law Team is currently looking for an experienced corporate lawyer. You will have the opportunity to work directly with key clients on a range of complex and interesting transactions.

In your role you will be involved in a broad range of corporate, commercial and resources matters including:

• Advising upon capital markets and fundraising
• Mergers and Acquisitions
• Commercial agreements
• Joint ventures and farm in agreements
• Crypto currency matters

You will be working with a fabulous team that includes 3 Partners each with slightly different practices. The team also includes talented lawyers at the junior and intermediate level. They have identified that a more senior lawyer would be an ideal fit for the team.

The firm has a warm culture and a relaxed and egalitarian feel. The staff are professional and down to earth and enjoy coming to work.
As the ideal candidate you will have a corporate law background and enjoy:

• working within a team;
• giving guidance to junior practitioners; and
• providing clients with the highest levels of service.

The firm has flexibility in terms of offering the position on a 4 day a week or full time basis. 

This is a unique private practice position in Perth working with a wonderful team.
